for award stays, its pretty clear and almost always automatic. Also Globalist and Black card there pay no resort fees on rooms cash credit or comp.Įnjoy.i have always been frustrated with the hyatt glob resort fee situation. Now confirmed all cash credit paid stays at Ocean count as stay credit points and comp rooms do not.
Update: I stayed back in August with a free night award didn't get credit called Hyatt CS a few min the CS had the supervisor put it on the account.
